TECHNOLOGY & COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEE

The TCC consists of three persons, one elected each year, to serve a term of three years. This committee is responsible to oversee and assist in the implementation of advancements in the communication of church life, programs and available technology to the boards, committees and general church community.

This committee reports directly to the Cabinet under the daily supervision of the Pastor. Both the Pastor and the church secretary are ex-officio members of the TCC.

This committee will meet quaterly to plan projects and review the needs of the church in conjunction with the other boards and committees. The Chair of designated representative of the TCC must attend each Cabinet meeting.

Current TCC projects include:

Web site re-design
Church brochure
MS Access Church Membership Database
Organizational Chart of Church boards and committees
Posting of church calendar on the web site
Upgrading and revamping of church audio and video systems
Ongoing maintenance of church computers and associated equipment
