Thrift Shop

The Fellowship Thrift Shop was opened on November 19, 2009 in the lower level of the Christian Education wing of the First Congregational Church of Rowley, UCC. The shop sells a variety of items such as clothing – sizes infant to adult; household items; sewing notions including patterns; and jewelry. All items have been donated, inspected, sorted and displayed by a group of volunteers who work in the shop. Many of the volunteers are members of the church, but like the customers we have folks from all over who stop by and help out or make a purchase. All proceeds benefit the church and its ministry to the community.

The thrift shop is open Tuesdays 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.; Thursdays 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. and again on Saturdays 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. We have specials sales from time to time and will close the shop when a church event needs the space or if we don’t have sufficient volunteer coverage.

We are grateful to our friends who make donations of items and request that they bring their donations during shop hours ONLY. However, we do NOT accept toys, books, or electronics of any kind.

Call the church at 978-948-3993 if you wish to volunteer or have a question about our Fellowship Thrift Shop.
