Scripture: Psalm 139:1-6
1You have searched me, Lord,
and you know me.
2 You know when I sit and when I rise;
you perceive my thoughts from afar.
3 You discern my going out and my lying down;
you are familiar with all my ways.
4 Before a word is on my tongue
you, Lord, know it completely.
5 You hem me in behind and before,
and you lay your hand upon me.
6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me,
too lofty for me to attain.

Message: Know My Heart
Whenever I read Psalm 139 I feel surrounded by the presence of God.
A little figure in the cosmos of the universe softly held in the comfort and safety of Divine Love.
When my body is weary and my mind is racing with perceived and real responsibilities, I let myself surrender to the moment. To allow myself to feel the beauty and awe of this all encompassing love and compassion.
It becomes the sweetest prayer.
"Dwell on the beauty of life. Watch the stars, and see yourself running with them."
Marcus Aurelius
"All this he saw, for one moment breathless and intense, vivid on the morning sky; and still, as he looked, he lived; and still, as he lived, he wondered."
Kenneth Grahame, The Wind in the Willows
