The Thrift Shop is currently closed due to the COVID19 pandemic. However, the following information has been left here for you to reference. We're looking forward to serving you again soon.
The Fellowship Thrift Shop was opened on November 19, 2009 in the lower level of the Christian Education wing of the First Congregational Church of Rowley, UCC. The shop sells a variety both new and gently worn; small household items; sewing notions; craft items; and jewelry.
All items have been donated, inspected, sorted and displayed by a group of volunteers who work in the shop. Many of the volunteers are members of the church, but like the customers we have folks from all over who stop by and help out or make a purchase. All proceeds benefit the church and its ministry to the community. We have specials sales daily!
The thrift shop is open Tuesdays 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.; Thursdays 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. and again on Saturdays 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. but will close for inclement weather; when a church event needs the space or if we don’t have sufficient volunteer coverage.
We are grateful for the many donations of items and request that they bring their donations during shop hours ONLY. We do NOT accept toys, books, or electronics of any kind.
Call the church at 978-948-3993 if you wish to volunteer or have a question about our
