Our spirits need nourishment to keep on the path when obstacles seem to pop up all around.
Taking a moment to rest, talking to a friend, breathing in the air - there are so many ways to fill your spirit. We don't have to confuse taking this time with giving up.
 Rather it is a pause. A refresh. A reset.
We can learn to persevere; to persist not only in hope and faith, but in action. Action drives us onward.
Forward is the direction. Change is life itself.
